Technical Support Engineer The Role To provide ISP Service Desk technical support in accordance with ITIL best practice. Working in a demanding environment you will provide high levels of technical expertise for networks, servers and associated technologies. This is a pivotal role within the department and the successful candidate will have input to a wide variety of projects and will be required to carry out general maintenance based at our data centres in the North West area. Due to the nature of the role some work will be required to be performed out of normal office hours.The jobholder will have daily contact with our managed services partners, other members of the department and 3rd parties.
